Once a product key is issued, it is not anymore refundable or exchangeable except in a very rare scenario wherein the product key was determined to be defective. A common mistake that occurs in almost all cases of a non working product key is due to an invisible space accidentally copied when the buyer copy-pasted the product key.

Example: The product key is 1111-2222-3333. The buyer will highlight the product key but mistakenly highlighted the space between “is” and “1111” thus, pasting *1111-2222-3333 where the asterisk (*) represents the copied invisible space.

However, in extremely rare scenario that the product key was determined to be defective, you have an option to replace the product key or get a full refund as promised. Do take note that a reporting a non working product key is very difficult to prove as the key can be validated officially.

Purchasing

Only payments made using the locally accepted payment methods are accepted. This is to prevent selling licenses to entities outside the Philippines. Though our keys can be activated globally, highest tier licenses at discounted price are meant to be sold only to Filipinos within the Philippines. The following payment methods are accepted:

1. Online or offline local bank transfers to our BPI, BDO or Union Bank accounts.
2. Online wallet payments thru Gcash, PayMaya, Coins and GrabPay.
3. Local remittance thru LBC Money Transfer for pickup, Moneygram, Palawan Express, M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala and Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala.

International payments will be rejected. We will refund these payments only thru local payment methods mentioned above.

When purchasing a digital license from us, it is implied that you know how to install the software you are purchasing and that we are in no obligation to install this on your behalf. We do provide a detailed step by step instructions that even a novice in computing can easily follow however, ensure that someone with a decent knowledge of software installation can assist you when needed. We will not refund purchases just because you don’t know how to install it.

Our products are not meant to be stocked or resold to a third party. By purchasing, you are agreeing that you are the system builder or end user and will install and activate the product yourself.

When purchasing a USB installer, you are paying for the USB device and its shipping fee. You are not paying for its digital contents. Our USB’s digital contents are free and can be downloaded for free from its official manufacturer’s download link. It is not within Product Key Philippines’ moral view to sell products which are downloaded for free.

Lifetime Guarantee

Lifetime guarantee only covers software specifically described as Lifetime. In software terms, lifetime means until the software’s end of life cycle. When the software’s end of life is reached and support from the manufacturer is discontinued, its life cycle ends and together with it, our Lifetime guarantee.

Subscription based software with clear duration of subscription validity is not covered by this guarantee. Lifetime guarantee also does not cover product keys that are used multiple times on multiple devices unless the product specifically allows multiple installations.

Complimentary products not included in products we are selling such as OneDrive in Office 365 are not guaranteed. OneDrive has a separate terms of service and violation of the terms can mean temporary or permanent service disruption beyond our control.

Account related services of Office 365 such as account recovery, password reset, recovery of deleted license, editing information etc. are your responsibility and is not included in your purchase.
