I highly recommend ProductKey PH. Like most customers, I was not just skeptical but extremely skeptical about the very low price. Having gone through many hours of reviews on their own site and other sites, I thought I would give it a try and so bought Microsoft 365 Professional Plus. What made me do it is because of the way they provide details in the other pages of the website – About Us, the many different installation guides, FAQ. There was even a forum in microsoft where the company was accused as be illegal, with all the reasons, and how the boss, Joey Chan, refuted all the claims and his uncovering of the smear tactic of another competitor whose business obviously was affected (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/are-these-product-keys-legit/7a7cbeca-21ff-4e02-a9ad-3db211cc36c2?page=2). In addition, ProductKey PH even have their own endeavours to support educational institutions here in the country during COVID by using 10% of their sales to help purchase legit software for schools etc. Now, to the still unconvinced, you may say there is no proof that all this kind gesture is not fabricated. Well, if they were not legit, then I’ would say that I was a happily deceived customer.
To ProductKey PH team, I think you can and should go further and be even more transparent in your About Us section etc on how you can sell at such a low price while sustaining as a legit business. I went to your Customer Service team with that question and I think they kind of said something which made sense to me. But why not make it clearer? Your explanation that because packaging and physical delivery and CD are not needed doesn’t sound like a sufficient response to some people, and therefore they will still be suspicious. Anyway, I really hope that you will be able to continue in this market so that all the illegitimate players will leave, but more importantly, you continue educating and enabling all Filipinos to use only legit software licences.
