I ordered a Win 8.1 with usb for my old laptop but they erroneously sent me a Win 10.1 and MS office. I return the items freight collect and also they sent me the correct item. To my amazement they gave me a gift card worth P1000.00When I tried to install the Win 8.1, I ran into problem on the boot mode. I contacted them and they sent me a new Win 8.1 usb free of charge and now its boot compatible with my laptop.They have a very excellence customer service. and also OS is legit. More power.
