I had a hard time installing it by myself because I am not a techie person but Mr Joey Chan (the one on duty) assisted me and guided me all throughout the procedure. Mr Chan and Product Key did not abandon me until the product was successfully installed in my computer. And this happened around 2 to 3 AM. It is authentic. Finally, my computer had stopped messing up since I bought this. So the story behind my comp was it kept on showing the AMD bug, and from the diagnosis alone from an IT, he told me that it is because my OS was only trial just when I thought it wasn't since I had it assembled from a well-known computer parts shop. So yeah, I just realized that of course a licensed OS couldn't be possible since I only paid for 20k plus for some parts.Another thing! I couldn't be happier about their customer service.
