Within a few minutes of my initial price and purchase process inquiry, I received a competent answer from one of their chat support specialists who politely guided me through the purchase. I received the product key within 10 minutes of paying for the item. The specialist also asked if I had received the key and checked with me if it worked. After ensuring that everything was fine with the purchase, he emailed me our chat transcript for my records. Theirs is the kind of service I've always needed from providers but very rarely get. 10/10!

At first, I was a bit skeptical, since, let's face it, there are a lot of scams out there. I gave Samantha the access to my computer, and was really amazed at her professionalism, once she uninstalled the old ms office (she explained those need to go since I am getting the 2019 version).
