2 Levels of Personalization To Choose From

I. Unlimited Cloud Drive Only

This is an unlimited shared drive to be added to your email account with same functionality as that of a separate cloud drive. No access to the cloud suite apps. Unlimited shared drive can only share files and not folders. You can only transfers files and not folders going to this shared drive. As a workaround to this limitation, create the folder first inside the shared drive prior to transferring your files.

Wherein, yourname is any name of your choice while ourdomain is a random domain assigned by us. This is a personalized, self-managed email address with full access to its own separate cloud drive and the entire 20+ apps in your cloud suite. No file transfer limitations, you can freely share both files and folders and move entire files and folders going to this drive. You can also freely switch and transfer between your personal and Cloudsuite unlimited drives.

For your security, you will be required to add secondary email, recovery email, recovery phone number and 2 factor authentication during setup to ensure that only you can access this account. Feel free to change any of these settings at anytime.

IMPORTANT

The purpose of having a Cloud storage is to have an intangible, remote backup for your physical drive that could get damaged or stolen. NEVER use Cloud storage as a place to store all your important files without any physical backup, it was not meant to be used that way. Cloud storage is not fool proof hence, we require that you use the official backup and sync to ensure syncing between your drive and the cloud.
